New Business Development (NBD) Product Manager
Job Description

• Manage New Product Development projects from idea generation until commercialization
• Launch and manage new products until they become established in the market
• P&L of new Products
• Strategize, plan, manage and control A&P activities
• Identify profitable opportunity in market
• Specify market requirements for future products by conducting market research
• Conduct feasibility study of any potential products
• Monitor and analyze the product and market trend and recommend actions required

Requirements

• Male/female, age min. 27 years old
• S1/S2 Graduated from reputable university with GPA min 3.0, preferable major in Food Technology/Marketing
• Experience minimum 5-8 years in New Business Development, Business Strategy, New Product Launching, Product Management, ATL & BTL Promotion, Market Research
• Having experience in Consumer Goods (Food & Beverage)/FMCG Company
• Creative, Proactive, Open minded & Positive Thinking Person
• Good Analytical, Logical & Strategic Thinking
• Good Coordination and Communication skill
• Can work under high pressure circumstance
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Good Computer and Presentation skill
